Our Clients
Clients are our main point of contact. We strive to maintain transparency, streamline communication and maximize efficiencies throughout the construction process. Any additions or changes to the project will be communicated and must be approved by you before implemented.
Your Project Management Team
You will be assigned a Mend Construction Project Manager (PM) to help oversee your project and act as your point of contact. They will work with you to define the scope of work and are available for any feedback, questions or concerns that come up during the process. We want to work with you to make your project as successful as possible! Should you have additional needs or change orders during your project, your Project Manager will communicate with you on how this may impact scheduling and/or budget.

Not all vendors and trade partners are created equally. Mend Construction works closely with a vast network of reliable vendors and trade partners to deliver you an exceptionally finished project. Although we strive to perform as much work as possible in-house, we rely on specialized vendors and trade partners for specific scopes of work or when specific needs arise.
